:star: GUIDELINES/RULES :star:

1 :bulletyellow: The artwork MUST BE DONE with the program (at least a big percentage of the work)

2 :bulletyellow: DO NOT send PATCHES / TRADUCTIONS / INSTALLERS to this Group, it's ILLEGAL and deviantART policies totally forbit this kind of activity. DO NOT ask co-founders/founder for any patch, serial or "how can I do...?" or "why it doesn't work when I...?" because WE ARE NOT programmers and the PURPOSE of this club is ONLY to show our arkworks/resources/tutorials.

Instead contact Mangaka-Yoshiaru will be able to answer questions

3 :bulletyellow: DO NOT send artwors that aren't yours. It simply breaks the following dA policies:

4 :bulletyellow: Please remember to MENTION in your artists comments what programs you used.

5 :bulletyellow: This Group accepts, respects and tolerates the content of your art UNLESS the piece breaks the following Deviantart Policies:

6 :bulletyellow: Try to post only your best art, not all your entire gallery. Anyway, if your artwork is DECLINED by the club staff-group's decision, please do not feel discouraged! Even some of my pics have been rejected in some clubs as well, so I know very well what I'm talking about. It DOES NOT mean that your artwork is BAD! It only means that the submission in question doesn't meet the QUALITY STANDARDS we have. Administrative actions are only up to the admins' discretion. You must take it as encouragement to improve, it's just the most mature and intelligent decision one could take.

7 :bulletyellow: DO NOT RE-SUBMIT a picture that has been DECLINED before. It's considered to "TRICK US". The picture will be rejected again or deleted from our club gallery.

8 :bulletyellow: NO flaming/threatening/spamming to Club, any user, any user's artwork and/or other Clubs here! You CAN'T threaten club admins either! Insolent behaviors are not allowed. You would be BLOCKED from the Club without prior warning.…

Any questions feel free to note me.

hey! maybe anyone can help me?
i draw on tablet pc and my stylus has eraser. recently my pen works weird so in other programs i use eraser part of the pen to draw, but in CSP eraser part of pen is seen only as eraser(for example in sai i can use brush with it but in CSP even if i choose brush it is still in eraser mode).
hope someone has an answer cause i really want to use CSP rather than other programs, i found in it more suitable brushes for my taste.
thanks in advance..

Do you have settings for tablet?

okay, if anyone will have same problem, here's what solution i got from Celsys support' reply message:
The tail switch is assigned the [Eraser] tool.
Please assign another brush tool with the following steps.

1.Select [File] menu -> [Modifier Key Settings]
2.Select [Common settings]
3.Choose another tool by [Tail switch]
4.Click [OK]

basically, you can choose pen and click okay, but if you want to work with brush using eraser part, you'll need to go to these setting again.

and thanks, Mangaka-Yoshiaru , for trying to help me ^^

Does anyone know if there is a way to stop backups from being created?  I have no choice but to use an old computer, and as often and as many backups I see in the auto-generated My Documents - CELSYS_EN folder, I want it off.  It's a nice feature to have, but I don't typically need backups like that, and it's also quickly eating up space.  I can manually delete them, but it would be nice if the program wasn't always creating them.  I don't see any mention of it anywhere, though.  I'm not sure what version it is off the top of my head, but since I bought it during the $15 sale, I would hope it's the latest version.

wow i wasnt even aware the program did automatic backups..?

what folder is it in.

I'm on Windows XP so it might be different for you.  But this is where they're stored for me: "My Documents\CELSYS_EN\CLIPStudioPaintData".

There are two folders, one called "\DocumentBackup" and one called "InitialBackup".  InitialBackup has the fewest files in it... I think only one file per project.  DocumentBackup is filled with almost every minor save you do.  I saw save files that went back to the first sketch all the way to the finished image.  o_o

It's good for going back on something you accidentally mess up on, but good grief it fills up fast.  My last project has 16 files totaling 347MB, plus one backup of the last-save I did for it at 53MB.  And I already have the "real" save file stored in my usual folder for art-projects which is the same at 53MB.  It's crazy.

And that's not the only stuff in CELSYS_EN(maybe it's CELSYS_JP for the Japanese version?  I don't know), but that's the only stuff I was mostly concerned about.  For now I'm just manually deleting them once I'm done with the project.

Okay.. So. I have this also. It is every thing when you save it. But i think there is a grace period where they get deleted. ive been using this computer for 2 years, and only the past two days files are there. Nothing else. Initial back up has stuff from last month only.

I have the Japanese version.

I looked through pref. There is no way to turn it off. Id just create a shortcut and delete them when your done with the project.
However i do believe they dissapear after a while.I believe theyre temp files.

>_> And get a larger HDD. (if 300mb is alot for you.. )
